Refund policy

We do accept returns if you inform us on the same day as you received the parcel about returning it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

We split the shipping cost with the customer. If one way we gave free shipping then the return shipping cost is borne by the customer and vice versa.

If you did not check the size of the item and the item is not fitting you, we will deduct 20% of the returned item cost from refund. This is to ensure that you check the product size before purchasing. Same is true for change of mind return requests.

Postage cost is not refunded as we have already paid to our courier.

Exchanged item shipping is treated as a separate order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
In specific circumstances, like if you have COVID, the item will not be returnable. This is on ethical grounds.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
